Product Description
This very pretty cross of Red Sandstone has a lot of character. It is laying down on a granite base. The cross has variations of red with some darker areas. The cut edges are naturally lighter which accent he overall look. The granite is a beautiful rich brown. The exposed broken edges reveal rust, iron. Rick says this is one of the hardest materials he has ever cut. It is one the biggest blade breakers! This is a cross made to remind us to take up our cross daily.
When Jesus said, “Take up your cross and follow Me,” it was in the context of following Him, regardless of the cost to our personal lives. Christ-followers must being willing to die to self in order to follow Jesus.
